Training Plans
**Training Consultations are required before starting any program.
$150 / a session
Drop-in sessions
One-time drop-in sessions, scheduled at your own cadence and availability. Perfect for someone looking to get a form check on Squats, Deadlifts, Bench press, etc.
$510 / mo.
Bronze Plan
x1 a week, x4 a month. With the Bronze Plan we will meet once a week to work on and progress through your goals. This will include comprehensive programming and guidelines for training days outside of your program.
$954 / mo.
Silver Plan
x2 a week, x8 a month. With the Silver Plan we will meet twice a week to develop a greater sense of routine and expose you to more opportunities to learn new movement practices.
$1320 / mo.
Gold Plan
x3 a week, x12 a month. With the Gold Plan we will meet at the highest frequency. This will provide you with the direction and consistency to see results at the quickest pace.
